  They completely misplaced the order and had not even placed the order for the colors I requested. They then taped the flowers (instead of using wire), delayed our wedding itinerary by an hour, and gave my husband the flower order (with no discount). I told him to ask for $20 off, they gave him 3 extra (and unnecessary boutonnieres) instead.

  I ordered 1 large bridal bouquet of sweet unique roses, 1 throwaway bouquet for the bridal toss, and 8 boutonnieres. On the day of my wedding on August 13, 2017, my husband went to the shop to pickup the flowers and they were not aware of my order.
