  These guys are great! From flowers for my wedding to helium balloon filling, they are a pleasure to work with, they know their stuff, and have great prices!

  Price does not match quality. This is a fairly pricy florist and since it’s for my mom’s birthday I would rather spend more than less for good quality flowers. Though flowers were delivered on time upon request, the flower arrangement is, to be frank, quite hideous. It looks like it was arranged by a first timer with very little knowledge and aesthetics, for sure not the work of a professional/experienced florist. Real thing does not match the picture on their website at all. I am very disappointed.

  I would give a six star review if I could, I ordered a bouquet for my grandmother weeks ago, to be delivered to the hospital, however, given that she was in ICU, she was unable to receive them so the florist called and explained that they would hold off until she was out of that unit. She ended up staying in the unit longer than anticipated, however, somehow, before I even knew she was out, Red Rose Florist did, and the beautiful bouquet was delivered. I am beyond thrilled with their excellent customer service!

  It is by far the largest florist shop in all of Calgary with the biggest selection of flowers and floral arrangements. Just as soon as you walk in the door you are both greated by an amazing aroma of fresh flowers as well as very friendly and helpful staff!

  Excellent service and very obliging to my ‘demands’: I asked for an arrangement to be altered for more balance in height and to change out a bloom for another I preferred.
