  Very unsatisfied with the delivery method. Ordered Flowers for my Mother on Mothers Day only to find out she never got them. Called the company and they said they left it at the neighbours house. When asked why, they stated it was too busy of a day for the delivery guy to come back and bring the flowers. Apparently a hanger for the door was left with a note stating where the flowers were, but my mother never received one on her door. I provided the company with her contact info, yet she never heard from them. To top it off, the neighbours home was an apartment unit. The flowers could have been within any of these units at this point and the company failed to mention that. Luckily my mother found them in the lobby and still in good condition even though they had been left overnight without water. I understand I chose a busy day for flowers to be sent, but when you cut corners or are just too lazy, you compromise the quality of service your company provides. Definitely not buying from here again.

  Today, I a basket that was delivered to me. The quality of the basket is not nearly as nice as what is available online. The type of flowers are common and fading. If you have to send your thoughts and love, you may not receive the quality your are hoping and paid for. I do not recommend the Flower Gallery.

  They made the most beautiful and perfect flower arrangements since 1 flower to as many you want. They personalize your feelings in flowers. I just love them

  I also have to mention that the website is fantastic, great selection of product and easy checkout process. Most other sites I've used did not look as good and in fact I was often a bit worried about the security of my information, that is not the case at all with the Flower Gallery! We have an account there now so making repeat purchases is just a breeze. Thanks!!

  The service and quality are really great, and since then I've ordered flowers from there twice now for some relatives here in Calgary as well.

  My husband got me some beautiful flowers from the Flower Gallery in Calgary a couple of weeks ago for our anniversary. I was so impressed at just how beautiful these flowers were that I had to ask him where he got them from! And he said "right here in Calgary honey, the Flower Gallery!"
