  The staff at Best Buy were all nice and helpful when I bought a tv. Set up an appointment for some geeks to install it. HOWEVER the geeks at geek squad changed the appointment times without telling Best Buy or customers. The geeks told me that I wasn’t the only one they disappointed.

  very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We went in looking for a camera and they took the time to explain which is a good camera in the market and what their current pormotion were.

  Its a smaller best buy when compared to others, so they dont always have the item you want in stock. This is not too much of a problem if you just check the website if they have the item in stock.

  Best buy is a decent place to get variety but if you are seeking knowledgeable associates that's hard to find. Maybe short hours like every other place in Calgary and management pulling staff from other departments to fill the void.

  Clean and large selection. The staff are helpful but aren't overbearing like in some stores. A good place to stop at if you're looking for any sort of electronics or accessories.
