    RUDE RECEPTIONIST!!! She sounds irritated and sighing the entire call. If you hated your job that much, leave! You're passing negativity and ruining somebody else's day!

    The receptionist (I'll spare you and won't put your name here) there was really impatient, irritated and rude to me and my sister who has STAGE 4 cancer. Sick people do not deserved to be treated RUDELY. There is no excuse. I hope the receptionist reflect on her actions as she greatly upset my sister who was already in pain and has a lot to deal with. You are the face of your clinic learn to be compassionate and caring!!! I hope other people who go to this clinic won't go through the same treatment we've gone through.

    the doctor and phillipino receptionist is very nice, but the other lady receptionist needs to get a reality check. She is the rudest person i have ever talked to on the phone, when she constantly sighs at your questions and CONSTANTLY hangs up the phone on you, so you have to call back 7 times. If you hate your job so much then leave.. i am most positive that there will be a lot more happy clients/ patients with her gone. SHE IS SO RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. GET A NEW JOB !
