  Made an appointment with my family doctor today but apparently he was too busy to see me so I get some random person in who knows absolutely nothing about me. Guess I'll be finding a new doctor for myself especially with my baby on it's way. I want a family doctor who actually cares enough to see me when I'm sick. Must just be the pregnancy. Sure wish I would have just stayed home and slept instead of driving 30 minutes both ways for nothing.

  Was looking for a family doctor closer to home - booked an appointment - showed up on time for my appointment time, waited 45 minutes and still no one came to see me - walked out and no one even bother to call to see why I left, if I was okay or anything. Didn’t quite see how a walk-in and a booked appointment would be any different If this is where my family doctor is. No respect for peoples time

  Very friendly and informative. The doctor took his time with me and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone seeking professional care.

  I liked going to Dr. Zabal for a long time because he is caring and listens to his patients . But wait time in this clinic is horrible whether you have an appointment or not you have to wait for minimum 40 minutes. The least time i waited to see a doctor with an appointment was 40 minutes and longest time , lets not even go there. Even to get simple refill prescriptions takes forever. I am just sad that when they get report , they dont call you to let you know your report is here . I had to call and i find out and had to change my medicine which was related to the result. Anyway . I dont go there anymore.

  At 7:32 2 employees tell me they are fully booked! More like the doctor went home. Not a soul in sight! Terrible customer service. Don't count on this office if you need medical attention.
