  The service from the dentist and hygienist are good however their receptionists are incompetent. If you continue to go to this dentist, I recommend you timestamp every interaction for the services they do for you as they will over bill for service that they did no perform. They bill you from the time you sit in the lobby apparently. My appointment was at 2pm for cleaning but did not see the hygienist until 2:10pm. She cleaned my teeth for less than half hour and billed my insurance 3 units (45 minutes) when in reality it was less than 30 minutes. Within the 30 minutes, she walked away to speak with the dentist to fit me in for refilling a cavity that was not booked into appointment when I specifically asked the receptionist to do. Anyway i had no issues with the service itself but seeing how this office will scam your insurance I would not recommend this place. I have already reported to my insurance provider but in the end it's more so he said she said but at least my insurance will be on the alert. By the way, the receptionists there are complete fake, don't trust them. They are really good at being nice and snarky.

  The most importantly, never pressure you into x-rays or polish or fluoride if you don't want it. Every single other clinic I have been to pretty much forces these optional procedures on me. When I say no at Crescent Heights, their response is "no problem" and that is the end of that. As an adult very capable of making my own decisions, it is nice to have that respected. Very professional staff.

  I was nervous about having a root canal, but Dr. Palmer put me completely at ease by explaining the procedure first and then adding: "It's my favourite thing to do." If I have to have a root-canal, I want it done by the dentist who enjoys his job! He also kept checking in with me and kept me informed every step of the way. Dr. Palmer is an excellent dentist.

  Dr. Karavos is absolutely amazing! I had extensive work done and so did my husband. We couldn't be happier with the results and the treatment. My hubby used to be terrified of dentist, but Dr Karavos was able to put him at ease and get rid of his anxiety entirely. If it wasn't for the fact we have moved to Europe, I wouldn't even think about looking for someone else.

  This is a great clinic! The location is awesome and the space itself is very nicely set up. The staff at the front are always friendly and helpful. The dentists always take the time to explain things to you, which I have always appreciated. NATALIE IS THE BEST hiegenist I have ever had. My teeth have never looked and felt so awesome. I am so happy, I will likely start visiting the dentist more frequently. Thank you!
