  This Gymboree has to be one of the best locations out of all of the Calgary stores! Very helpful and very friendly staff!

  AMAZING....I DONT KNOW WHERE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS CAME FROM WITH OLD STAFF PERHAPS BUT WE HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE NOT ONLY WITH THE PRICE BUT THE EXQUISITE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY PATIENT STAFF WHO PLAYED WITB MY KIDS AND GAVE OUT STICKERS

  ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not know how to answer the phone and who might be calling on the other side. I don't care if you're in a bad mood it is YOUR JOB so do it properly.

  Horrendous customer service. Staff member called me an idiot because I saw and ordered something online that I couldn't find in stores and later learned that it was online exclusive. Staff member then laughed at another customer because they didn't want the Gymboree rewards. They other customer left the product there and the staff member then whined about putting it away. They also told me the child I was with should be in a stroller as I was alternating carrying her and holding her hand letting her walk. My child is 16 months and we were killing time till my partner was off work. If I can't browse a child's store with my kid holding my hand what's the point? The staff at South Centre are so much better and I highly recommend them. And they even play and say hi to my child when she waves at them instead of rolling their eyes.

  Manager of this store In chinook is extremely rude with customers. Regarding my experience, I have never felt humiliated, disrespected and insulted like I did. Is not necessary that you swear, or you say inappropriate words, a bad attitude can hurt more!!!! She had an extremely negative attitude with me by ignoring me when asking her, apologizing to her and saying thank you.. like seriously she was so rude..she kept rolling her eyes on other customers and making weird face impressions and refused to communicate with me in the simplest ways of replying back when I said thank you or sorry, or asked her about the price of an item. I wish someone takes action about this person because I would NEVER go to that store again at Chinook Mall.
