I do not regularly attend this church but I decided to sign up for a course they had online. During the second time I attended the class, the woman in charge of registration approached me and asked if I attended the church regularly. I said no and asked why. She told me that because I was not a regular member of the church they would have to charge me more for the course. This appalled me and I stopped going to the rest of the courses.

So welcoming. This place has been home for me for many years. Now I've become very involved and really become a part of the FAC family. Great programs for kids and youth of all ages, aswell as a growing young adult community. The weekend services are very well organized with great messages from speakers and great sounding acoustics (for all of us Audiophiles & Musicians).

Wow! It's like a country club. They have everything. Play area for the kids, cafe, coffee, bookstore, library, etc. I didn't feel particularly spiritually fed. Im assuming with all the workers here they don't believe in a true Sabbath rest and giving your workers a day of rest. I didn't feel comfortable with young people leading the praise and worship. Biblical principles show that the older should lead the younger not the younger leading the older. I didn't care for the praise and worship music. The facility was comfortable and the people were friendly. There was no real message on seeking a deep personal relationship with God, studying God's word and seeking for yourself.

First Alliance church is a caring community church It has so many caring giving wonderful ministries. Every Wednesday night Harvest kitchen has a family dinner night Every week they offer a wonderful healthy meal It costs $10 but no charge for children.. They even host a Christmas dinner on the 25th of December for families who might other wise not have a dinner or family to spend it with So many people volunteer to make this event possible.. Thank you FA church community for having such big hearts to offer this to the community. If people for difficult financial reasons are unable to pay they waive the meal cost They also have a card they punch for you every time you attend Purchase 10 meals and you get one free Bless all of you who willingly serve cook and clean up for these wonderful meals You certainly have the heart of Jesus..

It's sick that such exclusivity exists and these people think they are "better" then people who do not attend this church since they charge non-members more. I guess they forgot that we are all members of the same body of Christ and insisted on acting as a stumbling block to provide me knowledge in their quest for more money. Its good to see the true colors of this church.

I've been attending here for over a decade. It's a great place to learn and grow. Yes it's big but commit to getting to know a few people and it gets small, in a good way, fast.
