  I dropped the vehicle off at 9am and they said they would have it all day, so I made arrangements through their shuttle service to be dropped off at home and planned to go back after work to pick it up. I received a call at 1pm, stating my vehicle was finished and I could come pick it up anytime, to me, 4 hours is hardly what most would consider "all day."

  Awesome job on my tint and detail. It was very easy, as soon as I entered the service department I was greeted and taken care of. Will definitely come here again for more detailing.

  After speaking with the assistant detailing manager, I discovered they don't really use the appropriate tools as one would expect, given their description on the package information. To be fair, the assistant manager did try and see what he could do, given my dissatisfaction with the quality of the work done, but there was no discount on price, just a "free" premium package at any time...

  The quality of work doesn't live up to the price. I was looking to get my vehicle detailed before I put it up for sale. So I decided, based on the descriptions for each package I would go with the "Ultimate Package", as there were some light scratches that would come out easily and I wanted the carpets cleaned etc.

  I am the owner of BCW Automotive Group located in Calgary AB specializing in the sale of pre-owned Mini Coopers and I have been using South Pointe Detailing services exclusively now for a couple of years. I am extremely satisfied with their pricing and the quality of work and attention to detail is second to none. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their vehicle looking fresh and new again at a reasonable price. 5 star friendly and prompt service throughout!

  Worst place ever!! I went for a detail service and used shuttle service from them. I got a call at noon and they said my car is ready and they will arrange the shuttle for me. I was waiting for an hour but no shuttle came. I called them and they said the driver was out and my status got changed as "picked up" on their system. They said shuttle will be there in a few minutes. However I was waiting another 40 minutes but nothing came up. I called them again and they said the shuttle driver is in the dealer shop and they will send him in 10 minutes. I was waiting another 40 minutes but still nothing happened. I called them one more time and they said the driver is right in front of them and he will be on his way right now. I got the shuttle at 2:40pm which was 2hours and 40 minutes waiting and it ended up being late for my work. I complained at the shop and talked with assistant manager about the incident. He never apologized to me and he only said he will take care of this issue which he offered 10% off the price. It was 8 bucks of saving after I lost my 2hours and 40 minutes for nothing. I asked to follow up by manager as he was not on duty on that day but of course no one is following up and they do not care about it. I will never ever go to this place again and I strongly do not recommend this place at all!!

  If you're looking to get a good clean up done before selling a vehicle or a deep clean after winter, I would take your vehicle somewhere else, somewhere they have the right tools for the job and leave your vehicle looking like it was professionally detailed, not just a hand wash/dry/wax

  Upon arrival I found my vehicle sitting outside, so I took a moment to look at the work that was done, and I have to say, it was an "ultimate" disappointment! There were more visible scratches in the paint, there was wax/polish residue left on 10% of the vehicle, the creases between body panels still had dirt/dust left, the door jambs were wiped down, but a lot of dust/dirt/streaks remained.

  Brought my SUV in for detailing as I heard good things through a coworker. I don't own a Toyota nor have I ever been to South Pointe prior to this, but they treated me like I was a repeat customer! Very professional and courteous
