  I am extremely satisfied with service provided. Very professional body-shop, the communication was outstanding, I was kept in the loop with everything what was going on with car repair. Everything that has been promised was delivered. Everything was discussed upfront, with the whole process explanation (I was in the accident under insurance claim). The repair job was done perfectly, the vehicle was brought to the perfect condition as if accident never happened. Sasha Butts with the whole team is a pleasure to deal with.

  Excellent shop for all your car body needs, the staff is very friendly and knows what they are talking about and how to fix it right. I own a high end car and it was a second time i took it to them for repairs and was happy with their work.

  I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service here, or lack thereof. When I first received an estimate in June of 2016, the appraiser I dealt with was great, but I had to hold off on getting the repairs. When I called back in September 2016, I was told that person no longer worked there, but that they would contact my insurance provider to open the claim again. They never called back. I contacted Carstar Sunridge again & yet again, was told the same thing each time & no one called me back. Fed up, I tried to come into contact with the manager whom was always busy, left messages & he didn't call me back either. This is completely unacceptable & I will be dealing with the Carstar downtown now as they know what good customer service is

  Repairs on the vehicle were excellent. Paint was superb match. There was a mechanical issue that arose during the vehicle's stay. It was preventable. Vehicle was towed to dealer for diagnosis and remedy. Once diagnosis was known the Body Shop paid all charges without question or attempt to deflect them to us. Highly recommend them for their integrity and quality of work.
