    This is has easily become my first choice for renting out, as long as I get competitive rates from Hertz.

    AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This rental was complimentary to us by Stampede Toyota. They gave us the car wet. The guy said he just washed it 'for us'. So we inspected it and didn't see any damage. When we went inside there are garbage, no big deal, I threw it away. Then when we got off, we saw there were small scratches in the car, we still thought, no big deal (I don't think they'll charge us for something we didn't do). We returned the car 2 days after at Toyota like we were instructed to. After a week, Hertz called us about the scratch, I tood them we didn't do it and guy said okay. I thought that was it. But I found out later that they charged our credit card. I called them about it and no one can tell us what is the charge about. I talked to a Charlie at Hertz Horizon and he told me that the car wasn't returned to them right away and it was at the airport. So I made few more calls and each time, they said they will get back to me but I always had to call back to know what was going on. Finally I talked to a David, their manager and told me that his employee said that there are no damage in the car before it was given to us. Basically, it's their words against us and I know we made a mistake trusting this company and being naive about the scratch that is not visible when car is wet. I will tell everyone about our experience so they can't rip people off anymore.

    The only reason I gave them the second star was because the vehicles were exceptional (I have used them before) and usually upgraded from my original reservation. Proceed with caution.

    Unbelievably fast service. Excellent attention by the staff. Kudos to Mohsin for his personal touch. I would recommend this Hertz outlet to anyone who wants fast and honest service when renting a car.

    This branch closes 5 minutes before their posted time, and don't care even if you call ahead to say you'll be there. Despicable customer service.

    I understand that I dropped the ball by trusting them and believing what I was told, but I cannot trust what they say anymore...about anything. Poor training? Misunderstanding the question? Just placating me and saying what they thought I wanted to hear? I don't know, but if I use Hertz again it sure as hell wouldnt be at this location.

    Do not take what they tell you at face value. I asked repeatedly - in person and over the phone each and every time that I renewed my rental - if they were charging my card or just authorizing the charge amount. I was reassured every time that they were charging my card and that it would remain an open bill to cover possible overages such as fuel not filled on return etc. I even received emails from my credit card every week informing me about the "charge" to my account...yeahhhh that's not what happened. After a month of rental and believing that I was current with the charges, I get a charge for the entire amount (less my original deposit of course).
