  I just bought my first vehicle from Snow Wong at Woodridge Ford, Snow was friendly, patient with me, he was so kind, and was very helpful every step of the way. I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else in making this purchase! It was overall an amazing experience. I would most definitely recommend Snow Wong to all my friends and family!   I purchased my first ever Ford vehicle (used) from a non-Ford dealer several months ago. After a couple of months it required dealer specific service for a possible recall issue and the internet lead me to Woodridge Ford. I dreaded having to go to a 'dealer' as my past experiences were less than stellar compared to private shops. However the Service Department at Woodridge truly raised the bar with their exceptional service. Service advisor Chelsea was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Her customer service and follow-up left me feeling that my business was important and showed pride in her company. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return.

  This was the first purchase I had made at Woodridge Ford and I will definitely be going back because of Curtis Thompson. Curtis was honest, extremely helpful and enjoyable to do business with. He helped come up with a fair price for my trade in and found the vehicle I wanted in no time. Curtis is willing to put in the extra effort to make sure everything goes smoothly. Go see Curtis, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

  I have purchased all of my vehicles from Woodridge over the past 10 years. They never cease to amaze me! This July, they just recently found my dream truck for me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I needed to be able to haul a horse trailer two days after the purchase and they bent over backwards, searched the city for a special hitch and had it installed and ready for me just in time!

  I have purchased 2 vehicles from Woodridge. The recent truck I bought had some issues that were not the fault of Woodridge but they handled the issue excellent. No hesitation in doing whatever it took to fix the issue and make me happy from sales management. My salesman James was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone. Woodridge is the best Ford dealership in Calgary in my opinion
