    The folks at Ninth Ave are great to deal with. Most of my dealings were online via email with Matthew and Brian, and then in person with Brian and Kiran in the dealership. They are no pressure people who give decent deals. I really should have saved some time an money by not running around and just buying from them first!

    Purchased a vehicle here. The first time I try to unlock my car prior to the purchase the alarm sounds because the electronics in the key weren't working. This happened every time I tried to unlock my car. This little default had never been mentioned. The car was already unlocked when I picked it up. After I found out about this I went back to mention that the alarm goes of every time i open my car. I then got set-up with a locksmith that was going to help me fix the key. After meeting up with the locksmith, I brought the receipt back to the shop to get my money back for the fixing of the key. I was then told that this was not their problem as the car was like that when they had acquired it. Again there was no mention of this default prior to the purchase.
