  Has some really cheap gas but some average coffee. I have heard some good things about their sandwichs though.

  I went today to buy a gift card for a client moving into the area. Linda helped me and was extremely genuine, gracious, creative and kind. They did not have any gift cards - so she came up with a solution that would work for me. I have never been - but I look forward to going back and saying HI to Linda again. Such great authentic service!

  Great place for coffee or baked good. Everything is made in-house. Matcha is authentic Japanese matcha. They also serve full meals here. Only issue is finding parking.

  The fish tacos were delicious, better than any I've had before and certainly excellent quality. Service was fast and I quite enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend Extreme Bean if you're looking for a quick meal or coffee!

  Unrelated they have a really weird tropical feel to the place and I'm really not a fan.

  Everything is good here ... a bit pricy ... but good. Parking is a challenge.
