  I'm particular about spa services and Esmé is the only place I love returning to. Small place but well organized. Natural products, essential oils, tea and homemade healthy snacks, knowledgable and friendly staff. My polish is done right to the cuticle so it doesn't grow out as fast as other salons. Love that they have daily deals - doesn't hurt my pocket so much. Great online booking system. Andee is the only staff who can do threading, fyi. She's amazing at everything ☺️

  Esme is like a home away from home. The staff are professional, yet super down to earth and make me feel welcome EVERY TIME. They offer a huge range of services and I LOVE the daily deals throughout the week! Such AMAZING price points for the calibre of work & service! The atmosphere is so beautiful, and their offering of snacks & bevvies is absolutely delightful. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a beauty (as well as floral) pick-me-up at any day of the week! Just LOVE this place. :) Keep up the great work, ladies!!!

  I've always had Jojo as my nail artist and she's been so wonderful! Everytime I have a design/theme in mind, I go to her because I know she can paint it just how I like it.

  I booked my bridal party in April and when I called in August for our appointment, they lost my booking. It would of been bad if 7 girls showed up with no appointment. Thank goodness I called to confirm this. Sent an email to show them how long ago i booked it. They were still able to get us in but I felt rushed and one of my bridesmaids was unable to get gel nails because the consultant informed her she would be cutting into the next clients time. I was declined a simple design also due to cutting into time. I received not one but two cuts on my finger from her filing to hard. They also forgot one of my services, a facial waxing. I did bring it up but it was ignored. If it wasn't rushed, I think the experience would of been great. The staff was overall nice and some of my bridesmaids were happy but me as bride wanted a little more service that I requested in April.
