  My husband bought me a gift certificate to this salon to get a massage for one hour and a haircut. Since I already just got a haircut I decided to split the certificate with my husband where he got one hour and I got one hour. There was only one technician so we had to switch up.. his was at 215 and mine was at 330. I came with the kids at around 320 and he came out at exactly 330 (maybe they were running late?). After going in and explaining my issues the massage preceded. it was good like I said. However, after she was done I looked at the time and sure enough it was 420. Surely not the full hour I was supposed to be given (less of course another 5 minutes of talking initially and changing). I was pretty annoyed at that.. a full 10 minutes!??

  Buyer beware! I recently went in to purchase an Aveda product that I needed a refill of. I decided the following day that I really just needed the smaller bottle than what I had purchased and went to exchange the product for the smaller one with my receipt. The employee was happy to do the exchange and then told me she would put the difference on a gift card for future use. I advised her that I was actually looking for a direct refund for the balance and was told that they don't do that. When I inquired as to why I was told that the cash drawer and computer systems were separate and they would be unable to give me direct cash back because of that. I work in a place that has a similar system and we have no issues giving clients their cash back. It is unfortunate that in this day and age there are still retailers out there who refuse to allow their customers their money back for those who change their minds or simply want to take that business elsewhere. Needless to say because of this refund policy, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

  I love my experiences at Diva Salon spa Seton, I recently saw Debbie for a massage and it was fantastic. As I don't have extended benefits, I always look for someone who does relaxation massage with enough pressure and attention to the areas I need the most work. I don't need to look any further, Debbie was attentive and talented. I felt relaxed and my tension was released. I have seen her for facials in the past which were also amazing. Five star service all around. I also have my hair done here by Mandy, who takes the time to listen to my needs as well as helping me to come up with ideas when I have none. My hair always looks fantastic as she also follows up with me to ensure I'm using the appropriate products to keep my style fresh. Needless to say, Diva Seton is my go to spot for all things hair and wellness. Their spa pedicures are also a treat, and body waxing while never enjoyable, is done efficiently and respectfully. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you team Diva Seton!

  For the cost of the haircut with a master stylist my haircut was not worth the price I paid I will not go back there. One would expect to get a decent haircut at least even right side and left side. When one is paying for a master stylist in the range of $100 for a haircut. I will be going back to a senior stylist at a competitor even though it’s a longer drive

  Great service! First salon I've ever been to in Calgary and they did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in, they treat you like a queen. Sherry is a great stylist! She explains everything well and lets me know what to expect with my hair. She did highlights and I love it. She also gave me a hand massage while I was waiting for hair to lighten and even offered to retouch my make up. I also love the shampoo that they have --- smells nice and leaves my hair soft and tangle free. Will definitely revisit this place for another lightening process.

  Further.. just before my husband left I asked him to pay any balance that the gift certificate didn't cover and then went into my massage. After I came out, the lady at the front said I still owe $xx amount of dollar plus tip (she didn't say that last part). I was confused and asked if my husband had already paid cause he was supposed to and she said no. So I paid the bill and gave the lady a tip. I came home and asked him why he didn't pay and sure enough he did pay! So essentially we ended up paying twice!! Glad they charged us twice and then lied about my husband not paying even though he literally had left 50 minutes ago and then ripping me off 10-15 minutes from the massage.
