  the service is fast and professional so this is a great place for business lunches. lunch was not really great though so only 3 stars.

  I wish I could rate just the waiter and not the place as a whole, but as he acts as an ambassador to the restaurant unfortunately he has brought a poor rating to the whole place. Save your money, the servers at Denny's will treat you more compassionately.

  The first time I went there for lunch and it was excellent, great food, great service, which prompted me to book a party of 8 for a dinner before a concert. We were disappointed with the food. Not only were a few of the items the group order not available but it was chain quality. I do not know if I will give it another chance, I don't think my wife would.

  Matt failed to inform our friends that the kitchen did not have the pecan or vanilla gelato for the desert they ordered, and presumably told the kitchen to substitute it at will (Without informing our friends!!) as it came out with freezer burnt raspberry gelato/sauce instead.

  I've been for a couple business day lunches and they are consistently slow at lunch. The kitchen can't seem to keep up with a lunch rush and we end up waiting over an hour for food to arrive. No complaints about the service staff, can't fault them for a slow kitchen. The manager will come to apologize but I'd rather just get my order promptly. The food is ok.

  One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, but to be fair it was all due to our waiter, Matt. The hostess and other staff were wonderfully polite.
