  My company has used this firm in the past and most recently on a litigation matter. The firm's lawyers and partner are very helpful, knowledgeable and don't cut corners. They also tell you the way it is, so you know it going into the situation, no false statements. Always professional, prompt and thorough. Of course I wish their rates were lower, who doesn't? LOL! My firm will continue to use them in the future.

  Thus far it has been very interesting. Upon my first visit there was no-one at the reception desk for protracted period of time. The delivery guy awaiting staff had been there for abit and asked me where the staff was? I told him I have never been there before and had no idea. He eventually wandered around through the offices until he found someone to help him. After another period of absence by staff I found two people talking in a room who seemed to be unaware that clients were present. I merely came to sign documents on a home build. Aside from having the address wrong on a myriad of documents the follow-up was less interesting. No person answers the office phone and instead you are directed to a directory which again is met by voice mail which is not returned. I tried who I think was the owner and got an email stating he would instruct staff to respond to the situation at hand. A follow up phone call was met with no messages can be returned at this time as he is out of the office. So I guess my first impressions are; who is running this ship? Would I want to do business with them again? Customer service is not their forte. Always room for improvement.
