  The groomer is rude!! I had an appointment booked for my dog and she called me and said she can’t groom him anymore. she didn’t want to do what we’ve always done and call me when she was starting on her last dog to bring him in. (he has anxiety in kennels and with my child on a schedule we’re I can’t leave the house till 10am.) and then went on to say she wants to retire to go find someone else to groom him. When she could’ve asked if I could do the normal drop off.

  we have been clients of chaparral vet clinic for about 5yrs. the 2 drs are very friendly and very knowledgeable. we would never consider anyone else care for panda.

  unfortunately father time caught up with panda and we made the most difficult decision to relieve him of his pain and suffering. through this very difficult process, the entire staff was very compasionate and caring. they ALL made the process as comfortable for us and for our very sick family member. they never hurried the peocess and gave us as mych time to say goodbye as we needed. they allowed us to stay with panda till he passed to puppy heaven.

  I took my yorkie to Katie to get a yorkie cut... it was awful!! It was a hack job... Beware!! I couldn't believe how bad it was.... She had bald spots on her face... I don't think she is experienced at all...

  We are new customers since January 2017 and were recommended here by two different friends. We have had exceptional service from both veterinarians. They are super friendly, generous, very caring and excellent at teaching. I would and have highly recommended them to friends.

  I have been bringing my dog to the vets here for a couple of years now, and they have always offered exceptional care. Most recently my dog had dental work done there including a cleaning and extraction. Being my 'only child' I was very anxious about leaving her for the day. The entire team were so good and understanding about my concerns. They called me with frequent updates, and I know that my dog was in very good hands. I don't normally take the time to write a review, but given my experiences I felt compelled to leave one now to let everyone know how caring and compassionate the team here are. I would highly recommend them.
