Amazing! I took all 4 of my little guys in (3 cats, 1 dog) for the first time today. I asked them a million questions it seemed but they never wavered in there kind, friendly manners! Cost for all 4 was even less than I expected- saving me hundreds of $$!!!

I brought my two dogs in for their shots and we got in so quick! Such reasonable prices and the staff were great! I will definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.

Great experience all around at this clinic. I have a very high anxiety dog that we have to sedate for a nail trim, and he isn’t all that small.. the staff are all very pleasant and kind. They tried several different methods and were very patient with him but sedation turned out to be the best option that gives my dog a stress free visit at the vet. Highly recommend this place for all your pet needs!

Woke up one day to find a large golf ball size welt on one side of my dogs butt. There was thick dark brown discharge present when I tried to excrete it... several tiny ulcerations formed as a result and that’s when I knew to take her to the vet. I live in auburn bay and my dogs original veterinarian in Okotoks. I decided to bring her to this clinic as they were close and were able to book me in same day. Admitting process went very smooth. Clinic looked clean and new. I really liked everything about this clinic so far, once we were inside the examination room, the veterinarian, which I believe is the owner... (quote me if I’m wrong), immediately diagnosed her with an infected anal gland. He proceeded to don on gloves and began to excrete more discharge and cleansed it with some sort antibacterial foam. He then told me that I needed to admit her in for surgery right away so he can flush out the infection, and then to give her medication and cleansing solution for post operative care. Worried sick, I immediately agreed, I also had disclosed to the veterinarian that I had pet insurance (I think this information may have had an influence in his treatment recommendations). Before he could take her away, my spouse had asked him if we were to take the least invasive route for treatment (no surgery, just anal gland excretion and medication), how likely is she going to get better? He then said she had a 80% chance of getting better! I don’t know about anyone else out there but those are damn good odds to me. I work in the medical field and invasive surgery is usually the LAST option. Why would someone decide to inflict more pain and prolong healing process through surgery for a mere infection? We decided to decline the surgery and 2 days after, things were already looking better! She had a bald spot on her butt for a little while, but other than looking a little funny, the healing process was uneventful. After this experience my impression of veterinarians has forever been tainted. I now know to question any veterinarian and now doubt the integrity of this particular one... I knew that his initial recommendation was to add more $$$ to my bill.... I’m just saying to be careful!

The staff are amazing at this clinic. They're so kind and I feel like when I leave my dogs or cat in their care that they are well looked after. The vets are very thoughtful and I felt that they really do care about my animals. Their facilities and waiting areas are clean and modern. Would highly recommend!!
