  Out of eight employees I’ve talked to only one tried to help me out of their good conscience. I asked to talk to his supervisor who twisted her words for hours giving me no answers what so ever. Instead she said that the transaction was already made and that she can’t stop it even thought the employer before told me he could stop the transaction but he had to do it before a certain time. But I have wasted my time trying to talk to the supervisor hoping she would have more power, but she just did not have a good heart to help out a customer.

  Not so surprisingly one of the employers also yelled at me asking me why I was asking about MY hotel I was about to spend thousands of dollars in. It took us five hours just to get the number of the hotel through them and they gave us multiple numbers. One was even to Spain, and they helped us out more than the actual agency. I was dumbfounded with the service I have received.

  The customer service here was the worst I have seen. I have tried to cancel my purchase because there was a defect in the product but they told me that they couldn’t. More like they didn’t want to .
