  What ever is the circumstances why i cannot pick up or printmy boarding pass i should not bw treated the way she did... its understandable that she have customer helping but a little words to say" i'll be with you in a minute or 10 wwill ansolutely be appreciated.

  I had picked up the boarding oass and now i was told tgat that is not their job. When i was told at the time of purchase that she will provide that for me...and that is the difference purchasing online and by agency in person... lied lied lied such a lier just to make a sales!!! And now it is ow their job anymore for the job description to provide a boarding pass.!!! I gave her 1star just because Lea gave me a smile

  On the other hand, there is a lady name Lea that i spoke over the phone and offered for her extra time to stat so she can help me with my needs for my boarding pass...she is a complete example of customer service excellency, a representative who will go extra mile...

  Worst experience. You can tell she just wanted the sales, once i made my purchase, i went back to get my boarding pass and i told her that she is rude for not acknowledging myself that i came in to the office. She was no sense of customer service. She offered to leave my boarding pass in the sealed enveloped and leave it right next door to the barber shop. How pathetic is that?!!my personal information is printed on it, unreal!!!
