  Worst Costumer Service ever!. Cancel a flight and they haven't returned money for almost a year now. Staff are unskilled and untrained. I think I will give an online booking a try.

  Called ahead, in and out with my ticket within half hour and got email conformation within the hour.

  I had a pretty complex itinerary for my euro trip combined with going home. They did a great job considering it was the second week at work for my agent. Her manager was also great in helping her out, so overall great teamwork to meet my expectations. I am a frequent traveler and have moved to online booking pretty much entirely but after dealing with these guys, I will definitely consider using them instead of wasting my own time online and stressing out on those search engine authenticity. Great job guys !!
