  Honest service with a team of staff that take the time to remember your dog and their food preferences. No need to go anywhere else. When I was pregnant they even carried the food to my car for me! Special orders are something they do their best to fulfill too

  Not a chain so the price is a bit higher but they have awesome specialty items like a high assortment of raw foods

  Walked into Tail Blazers Copperfield on a Monday at around noon. No one else in the store and both girls were at the front of the store by the door and didn’t bother to say hi or really look up for their tasks. Looked like the store just received a shipment. After walking around the store looking for the item we needed we had to go back to the front for help. The girl couldn’t help us as this particular store doesn’t carry the product we wanted, which is not their fault as they are all individually owned.

  Staff is very knowledgable and honest. Store isalways kept clean. We love that they stock local/Canadian products, which gives us an opportunity to support smaller companies.
