  I came here for an in store pickup; it was extremely busy for a Saturday afternoon and only 2 people on till. But I received service for my ISPU right away. It was nice I didn't have to wait in line and I received 20% off just from paying online!

  Excellent selection of products. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We've bought a fish there a few months ago, and the staff were very friendly and helped us learn more about the fish and items that we would need.

  Good selection of pet merchandise and services. Prices are on the high side however products seem to be of good quality with nutrition and safety in mind.

  Overall a good petsmart. I've never used the dog grooming section but I've heard both good and bad. My review covers the selection of products which is good as well as the service and return policy which is good as well. I enjoy a place with a no fuss return policy.

  Grooming staff was horrible. We were told on the phone to have proof that our dog was vaccinated. We brought in her adoption records which showed her vaccination was completed. When we arrived for our appointment they told us we had to have the expiration date for the vaccine. This was not told to us prior. When we said wr didnt havr that all we had was our adoption record the groomer said there was nothing they could do. Waste of a trip down because the staff forgot to mention information that was vital for us to have the service done. Thanks alot. Maybe make sure your staff is knowledgeable in the future about what info to give to your customers. Waste of time
