  Staff are friendly, but few. Fairly moderately sized Michael's. Has most basic art needs, but some products have very clearly been sitting on shelves for extended periods meaning they are not as good quality or dried out (e.g. clay, ink, paint, etc.).

  This is one of the best Michaels in the city. Staff are always helpful and if there is a line forming they always call additional staff to the tills.

  Good selection of crafty goods. However every time I come here, the checkout line is insanely long. They could use a few more people at check out. I've also used the framing department for custom framing. Decent selection, fairly average pricing. Wait for a coupon.

  Amazing team of experts. I Recently dropped off 4 Jerseys for shadow box framing, not only did I get a great deal on the shadow boxes but Chey did a remarkable job on the mounting of the Jerseys along with the planning & layout display of bits of memorabilia. I paid for four what friends have paid for one and in my opinion they were done equally well. A shout out for the great service and professionalism of the front counter staff Loew, Nikk & Brittney who knocked it out of the park as well.

  I always receive excellent service at this store, along with having access to an excellent selection or product. Prices can be a little high/confusing, and coupons are difficult to access on-the-spot and take some time, but ultimately there are many opportunities to take advantage of up to 50% off of single items. Will shop here many more times!
