  -The courtesy van was a bonus and always clean, well maintained so that we did not have problems with starting it in cold weather.

  I have had my stuff in their storage facilities for about a year now and have had nothing but problems. They tack on extra surprise charges almost every second month. The illegally cut off my lock and went through my stuff and when asked about it, they admitted to doing so but didn't have a valid reason as to why. The customer service is an absolute joke. I have been nice every time I have talked to anyone there and the responses back are so incredibly rude. I was rudely accused of not paying my bill and after arguing for a few minutes, I asked to speak to a manager who then saw that I had paid and that it was their mistake. And after all of this, it is one of the most expensive storages you can get. Worst experience. I do not recommend anyone fall in their trap.
