  Only one thing I wish they fix; in the winter on the second level gets very cold and in the summer it feels like a sauna. The place is kept clean and I like the convenience that with a secure access the gate is open 24/7. Very convenient for anybody's schedule.

  I had been a customer for this storage for over a year. I dealt with different people at the beginning and I was glad at the time that the guy that was working at the time give me a break when I need it more time to organized my storage so I can fit everything in one spot! I live now in another city and the guys now are very flexible when they get my payment over the post office mail, especially around the holidays.

  Toovey Signs has been renting storage units consistently with Real Storage since 2010, the staff is amazing, always accommodating. Going above and beyond at every given moment. Whether we require additional space, temporary or otherwise, they find solutions. They've stepped up in our hour of need when an unexpected delivery arrives, which happens more frequently than it should. Staff is very pleasant and eager to please. The facility is maintained very well, security is top-notch. We've experienced zero problems in seven years. Hats off to Management, even if there is a movement in staff, their replacements have stepped in and stepped up flawlessly. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!!! We look forward to another year knowing our storage needs are well taken care of.

  They have excellent prices and customer service. Every time I go into the office Calvin knows my name and even remembers my unit number even though I can't. The freight elevator and carts are a hug bonus as well. the building is very well kept with good lighting and a comfortable temperature.

  The staff has been excellent over the past year. The price for our unit has been stable throughout the year. The premises is always very clean, even after a heavy snow fall the grounds were quickly cleared of snow. It is easy to access and very secure.
