  Nothing can actually be dealt with directly at the office...everything is facilitated through Florida including the admitted archaic accounting programming that is used.

  Terrible customer service over the phone... she seemed more confused than anything and I had to re-explain everything I wanted to book for twice. *** WATCH OUT!!! *** They will quote you one thing on the phone, then won't tell you the actual billing and will try to put it through your credit card on autopay so that you never know what the actual bill will be. After going into my account they made on their site, I finally found a link to what the bill would be and it was double. They wanted to charge me a whole months storage because I was using 3 extra days over the month I needed. WOW! Nice try guys.Obviously cancelled the whole thing and found a better moving company.

  Julie was sweet on the phone, but terrible overall experience. They sent me the wrong sized bin, charged me double what we agreed to. I phoned three times to speak about the charges and every time they promised to call me back but never actually did. Luckily I was smart enough to remove all contents before the rollover date and cancelled my credit card so they wouldn't have an opportunity to take a double payment again. They still have a automated recording calling me alerting me my card was declined. Terrible overall experience.

  The employee, Julie, was condescending, rude, and immature. She hung up the phone on me during the Florida crisis when I was trying to get ahold of PODS Vancouver, and seeking help. I told her I was leaving this review, her response was to call me "horrible". If you want to be spoken down to and made to feel like your concerns and questions are stupid, you should do business with PODS Calgary. She also interrupted me while I was speaking twice.

  PODS has proven to me that no matter how clear you make the directions, how much you communicate with them they will do absolutely everything they can to do the exact opposite and then say its your fault.
