  I've had mostly positive experiences here. The staff have been polite and friendly. The only thing I don't like are the hours. I wish they were open on Sundays and later in the evening. When I asked about it, I was told that there were only 2 staff members...to which I thought...then hire more people...anyway...decent prices and polite staff.

  I love these guys! Little rough around the edges, but never had any issues with secure storage of my stuff.

  I don't know why they care that people come 4 times or more in a month. I mean I understand not wanting people staying over night, but otherwise..people are paying to store their belongings and they should have access to them. Period. By limiting access in such a manner the company is further marginalizing a vulnerable population because let's face it. It's mostly going to be homeless people wanting to come in frequently to access their belongings.

  Great location for downtown dwellers. I appreciate the on site management. The hours can be a little frustrating - but the 9am - 5pm is because there is a person there full time. Polite staff. Organized and professional.

  Clean. Well maintained. Conveniently located. Inexpensive. I also like that it's a seriously cool old building...but that's just me. I've never found the guys to be other than polite, helpful and accommodating. I get that the 9 to 5 folks might find the hours a little inconvenient, but, personally, I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
