  Great place to unwind after a hard week. Staff are friendly and ready to answer any question. After the float they have a chill room for you to take in your experience.

  Checked out this place tonight for the first time - found it a bit understaffed and had to wait a bit for someone at the front desk both coming and going, but aside from that, service and orientation was great and nice clean facility. I personally did not find I enjoyed floating, but that is simply personal preference and not fault of the staff here. On my way out I offhandedly mentioned I wouldn't be coming back, not wanting the nice front desk staff to waste time trying to sell me membership, and she actually followed up with an email to see if there was anything they could have done differently to better my experience, which to me says a lot about a company. I won't be back as I don't care to float again, but if you're into floating you should def. check them out.

  I was there in February, It was clean, very warm, very inviting atmosphere. The Customer Service was amazing. They supply music for your float, or you can setup your own or turn it off all together. After your float they have Tea waiting for you with a little white board with a personal message from the attendant. They have mirrors in the back with blow dryers, and moisturizers etc.. They also have a semi-lit quite space to relax and enjoy your tea as you come back to reality. Next time I'm in area I'm definitely going back..

  Interesting experience. The place is very clean and well maintained. Each room has its own shower and great skin care products. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints specific to the facility (all excellent), but it was my first float so I didn't know what to expect. It was relaxing, but not life changing. I think I'd probably have to go back for a few more sessions to see if its for me.

  Bought gift card for a friend. They wrote a confirmation number on a card (That was the 'gift certificate'). They took my money (it went through on my credit card) then told my coworker I gave the gift cert to that it was not valid and they called her repeatedly to try to get my info. They could have just called me, as I was on their file as was my credit card number. It was embarrassing and made me look unprofessional. After the whole mess was cleared up, no apology was offered to myself or to the coworker they harassed for payment. Very upsetting.
