  Calgary's downtown mall has a long hallway feel to it. Just stretching from end it end in one large strip with several floors. The variety is not as good as other malls, but there are still some nice high end stores as well as a better selection in the food court then most malls.

  Go on the weekend. No one goes there on the weekends and you get the whole place to yourself. The stores here are like none you'll find anywhere else. There are some real hidden gems. One of them is the Bay. The more up you go the better it gets. The toy department is surreal. Hood to know for when the toysrus disappears. Downtown is connected by the plus 15s so you can go anywhere you like.

  The view is beautiful especially on the top floor with the glass roof and a public garden.

  A clean, modern mall in the central business district with a top floor food court attached to the Devonian Gardens. The mall itself has a wide variety of both chain and independent stores. High end and mid stores are throughout, including large stores like Simon's and Holt's.

  Easy access to Banker's Hall and the shops in that location.

  Gets busy during lunch hour during the week. They do have free limited time parking during the week but they are also on the c-train line so easier to come in via transit.

  The mall itself is quite convenient in that it connects to many plus 15's and can be used to wall between several downtown buildings without needing to go outside.

  What can you say about the Core? The Core is a great mall with many retailers including many name brand retailers. Conveniently located along 7 Ave and 8 Ave you have easy access to Calgary Transit and Stephen Ave retailers. It is a great place to go during lunch break if you work in Bankers Hall, Dome Tower or just any building around. Also has a extravagant indoor garden! Highly recommend this mall to anyone who is going downtown.

  Love this mall! It is so beautiful and has such an energetic vibe during the week. It can be quieter on the weekends. The best store is Simons. They have amazing sales & outstanding customer service! So great that you can access so many shops in one area. If you come down after 4pm during the week or on the weekends parking is free for the first 3 hours, & only $2 for longer stays. A large selection of culinary options available make for a great experience.
