Have had great customer service on two separate visits and one phone call to place a custom order.

The manager called my integrity into question the second I walked in the door. I just bought brand new holbrooks at the Cross Iron Mills location and realized on my drive home that the lense had a bubble in the film in the top corner from being installed incorrectly (they are custom). Chinook was on my way home so I went there to get the lense replaced. The first thing the manager told me before even LOOKING at the glasses was that he couldn't help because he couldn't be sure I didn't drop or damage them myself. Once I showed the defect an associate agreed these were not dropped or damaged by me. I only had them for 30 minutes!! Some customer service training would go a long way here. Do yourself a favor and just go to Cross Iron Mills or another location where they actually value their customers.

People usually have bad experiences because they're bad people.

I had a great experience with the staff and store manager at this location. They were very polite and went out of their way to make sure my request was met. Highly recommended. Thank you J.
