  Went back on April 6th to return the wallet once I decided it wouldn't work. I had also noticed a small tear starting in the shoes I had purchased. I asked the sales associate at the time, and was told because they had been worn there was nothing they could do. I asked if Aldo didn't stand behind their products, because I had only had them a week and worn them a few of those days. She said "I don't know, I just work here". I asked for a manager's card - was told they didn't have any but 'he' was in most weekdays if I wanted to call or come in. I then asked if I could have his name, (so I would know who to ask for) and was told she couldn't give it out for security reasons. At the end of the transaction I asked if I could have her name, and after hesitating and stuttering was told her name was Christine.

  Worst customer service ever. Walked in an hour before closing and there were 2 girls working. 1 was with customers and the other was standing at the cash twiddling her thumbs. Neither acknowledged me until the 1 girl was done with her customers, by that time I had already found my size on my own. The one girl asked the other who was originally standing at the cash to grab me the other shoe from the back and she basically rolled her eyes and then rudely brushed past me as she walked to the back. Will not return to this location ever again.

  I went there to get some boots and no one offered me assistance for the first 15min. Then, a nice sales associate helped me out but clearly they were understaffed. Afterwards, I asked the only other sales associate (who was at cash) to find me a pair in my size and she rolled her eyes. She went to get me a pair and slammed them down saying "here." Is this any way to treat a customer? Moreover, the box only had one shoe in it, and she didn't even bother to get me the other shoe. I will not be coming here in the future nor will I recommend this particular store to my friends. Stay away!

  I have tried calling once, the manager wasn't available, and I haven't had a chance to go back in due to my own weekday work hours and the location. From the other reviews, I am not sure it will be a productive use of my time, so we will see....

  Staff was not helpful at all. I am a big fan of Aldo products and there employees are always cheerful and nice. But I experienced worst customer service ever. When I walked in store, there was not even a single customer there. And I guess staff was not pleased to see customer entering into store. Sales agent Laura was very rude and egoistic.

  They were very helpful in tracking a lost shipment and were able to re-order a new pair of shoes for me.

  Past experiences have been mediocre - decent selection, but generally poor service. Most recently I entered the store on March 29th, was asked if I needed help but I hadn't made any selections yet so wasn't ready. I proceeded to collect 7 pairs of shoes off the shelves and placed them on a bench before being offered help - the one sales associate was busy following the other around the store telling her some sort of dramatic personal story. The sales associate did end up rounding up a few sizes - some were similar, but not the same - so when I asked about one pair I was still looking for a size in, I was told "I already brought them to you" twice in an argumentative tone, before I slowed things down and showed her the different detailing, she then apolgized and told me there weren't any available. Fair enough.

  After trying on a few I then went to look for my own sizing. Ended up deciding on a pair, picked up a wallet too, and went on my way. Name on the receipt was Kimberley, so I can only assume that is who assisted me.
