    They wouldn’t refund something because I didn’t have the exact card it was purchased on. Yes I understand this is the way systems used to work, but go to Home Depot, their point of sale system automatically refunds a purchase onto a card without the card even being present. Time to join 2017 with your policies and point of sale system.

    Wow, great collection, ended up buying 3 shoes, the girl works there is gorgeous and very very helpful. They didn't have my size, she ordered them for me online, and came to my door step 3 days later for free!! My favorite store!

    Walked in and was greeted by Katie, immediately standoffish. I worked for Aldo for many years, and grew up in my mother's shoe store chain. This service was unacceptable, I've bought my last 5 pairs of shoes from Aldo and will not be returning.
