  Most of the people are great. The cafeteria food is good and the classes teach well. The only problem is the teachers. Especially certain ones that I wont mention. They think that they somehow can mistreat you because they are adults. Some of them are rude, and conceited. This one teacher gets you into trouble if you point out an incorrect statement she makes giving constructive criticism to your projects. Especially when you are respectful and willing to learn.

  I highly recommend this school to all parents. This is a safe, fun school which we have enjoyed and appreciated immensely. My children have been attending HCA for 7 years and we have all loved being part of such an amazing community. We moved across the city and all the kids begged to keep going to HCA, which we did. The teachers are exceptional and they care about their students well-being. I wouldn't want my children going anywhere else. The school ranks in the top 11% of all schools in Alberta according to the Fraser Institute report in 2015-16. The results speak for themselves.

  THE ONLY thing bad about the school is that most of the students here are dead inside and VERY CLIQUISH.

  Other than the fact this place has had a rough past. It has Gotten QUITE Better. In fact it sometimes feels homey. (Small School Environment FYI).

  The school has great education for kids and teens. And the best part is that HCA is a school where you learn about christian values and the teachers are super nice and super thoughtful. If your considering taking a kid to a christian school, I personally would recomend you sending the kid to HCA!
