  Have ordered food through skip the dishes and gone to side down. The quality of food has always been superior and the service is efficient and kind. I can't wait to go back for another delicious meal!

  It's an excellent neighbourhood restaurant when you don't feel like cooking and still want to eat good food. The dishes I tried were vegetarian dishes, full of flavour. What surprises me most is the consistency - I tried one particular dish on two occasions, same good taste. Despite being a small restaurant, the ambience is good. Servers are friendly. Surprisingly, the portions are also good. I will recommend this restaurant.

  Not sure who these 4 and 5 star reviewers are but this was hands down the worst take out indian food we have ordered in Calgary. Dont believe the paid reviews. The food was bland and the portions were small for what you paid for. Sadly we requested for a refund.

  Guru has the best. Rich taste and high quality. Very consistent every visit. Spice level is your choice. Large Vegetarian menu as well for grazing animals.

  Recently I look online for a nice restaurant in my area and found great reviews for Guru India. I like the Indian food so I went to this restaurant to try it. Wow, this restaurant is great. The food is amazing. Good portions. Everything we tried was excellent. All freshly made. There is an option how spicy each dish can be. Excellent option to have this type of choice. Great service.

  Beside the food I would like to mention that all tables are covered with snow white table cloth. I saw that when customers finished their meal and after they left the table the table cloth is changed each time. The quality of service and of course food is excellent. I will be back for sure and would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
