  Shotty nosed brats @ this friggin Loacation. Burger buns hard as rock. Burgers rock hard. Little ketchup & must. Best to avoid this run down neighborhood!

  I love Dairy Queen but this place has the worst track record for missing orders. I've ordered through the drive through many times, and they continually miss parts of the order, they rarely listen to any special instructions and they get the orders wrong on multiple occasions. I love Dairy Queen, it has my favorite burgers, but I am thinking of never going in to this store again because of their bad track record. I ordered a triple cheese burger with lettuce and they charged me for cheese, but obviously when I went to bite in to the burger there was none. I also asked them to cook it fresh because I didn't want a reheated slapped together burger and they rarely bother to. Worst Dairy Queen I've seen in Calgary! I wanted to give them zero stars but this thing won't let me. They definitely don't deserve one star.

  Terrible just terrible service, I asked for a caramel truffle blizzard without chocolate (allergy) and I get home take one bite and there's a big chunk of chocolate mixed in, wasn't the only piece as well..

  They don't have the fastest drive-thru but I do like them for their .99 cent hamburgers (which are mostly served fresh & hot). I don't order their fries because they are not the best fast food fries out there and like most fast food restaurants they are too pricey for the little amount they give you! It would be nice to find a fast food restaurant that actually fills their fries container!!! I love their ice cream but seldom order it because you can basically buy an entire pail of ice cream for what they charge for a tiny cup full.

  Ordered the 4 piece Honey BBQ Chicken fingers combo with a poutine. After paying $15 and getting home with my meal all excited to eat I notice that they didn't put the DAMN ranch sauce in the bag. Not sure if it was by accident or on purpose as some kind of sick joke but I'm pretty disappointed at the performance. I'm giving you guys a 2 star review due to the lack of ranch sauce in my stomach. All I wanted was to enjoy my crispy chicken with some sweet sweet creamy ranch sauce. I haven't decided if I will ever return to your establishment to give you a second chance...
