  We were in a bidding war for our dream home with Josh as our realtor. He gave us sound advice, making ours the best offer. After winning the bid Josh recommended expert home and foundation inspectors, making sure the seller fixed any deficiencies. It was Josh’s expert negotiating skills that won us the bid on our new home. He then got us top dollar for our existing home, without compromising his high ethics. His strong understanding of Calgary’s housing market ensured he priced our house just right. Overall it was a low stress and enjoyable experience. He is a master in his trade.
