  Barclay Street Real Estate has been a vast improvement from our past property management companies! Nathalie has been a pleasure to deal with as she has a considerable amount of experience and knowledge of the industry, and she is always willing to work with our Board to determine the best solution for any items that arise. Required repairs are taken care of in a timely and professional manner and having a building operator completing weekly checks has definitely been a value add. Overall, they have been great to work with!

  Barclay Street property management was great to deal with in their responsiveness to an issue I had in my condo. The unit owner above had a leak from their fridge and Barclay sent their operations team to my unit right away to mitigate the water damage and dry out my carpets with air blowers. The contractor met with myself and the Property Manager the next day and the damages were assessed and repairs scheduled last week that went off without a hitch. Through the process they communicated the timing of repairs etc. and were very professional through the entire process. I would recommend to any Board looking for management services. Thank-you Barclay Street!
