Definitely a fun day out at COP! Highly recommend you try it at least once! Call ahead if the weather is looking sketchy though. They have to shut down when there is rain, lightning or the likes. If you know you want to have multiple go's, make sure to buy those in advance instead of single rides; it'll be cheaper that way.

Needless to say, customer service is about the worst I've ever received.

We visited Calgary and thought this was a good idea. Some dumb kid crashed into me and ended up breaking my foot in two spots and also 2 chips. The first aid is extremely basic, and was basically told to go to the hospital (yes drive yourself).

Amazing place for having fun! When I first arrived to this place, it was simple and easy. Go to the booth buy tickets, put on helmet, and go up and have fun. Everything went smoothly and going down was very enjoyable. My only problem is how they teach new people when riding, I feel like it could be unsafe if someone is about to crash and they let go of the handle. Overall my experience was astonishingly amazing, you can also purchase pictures. 10/10 would definitely come again!

So much fun. Went there with all my friends and we had a riot. Its more intense than you think it will be. The luge can get going fairly fast as you come down the hill. Great times.

Anyways, after waiting almost six weeks (to see if they would at least follow up...which they didn't). I ended up email and after almost 2 weeks Jason Blair finally replied (didn't even offer a refund). Basically said, 'yep that's all we do here' (meaning quick assessment and advise to go to hospital). I even asked for water to drink and got nothing. Jason's reply to that was "we don't offer food or drink."

Oh my goodness, so much fun! They are easy to drive with a little instruction and the ride down is fun! I highly recommend buying more than one run because that first run is learning, the subsequent runs are when the fun hits because you can anticipate the turns and dips. I also felt that it was reasonably priced and kiddos can ride with adults. My boys (aged 2 and 4) had an absolute blast!
