  Great customer service! I needed a last minute extinguisher rental and they were willing to deliver but I picked up and very helpful in the office. The best was that Chris came in early Sunday morning (office is closed Sundays) so that I didn't pay the extra day and because I was from Canmore did not have to drive back in Monday. Thanks, great team

  I would highly recommend Four Alarm to anyone as they are polite, knowledgeable, timely, and one of the best fire service companies I have had the pleasure of working with.

  The front counter staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also have two adorable little dogs . I would go back for sure.

  I work at a Condominium Management company and have had the pleasure of working with Angela and Scott from Four Alarm. I called Four Alarm to help me address a ground fault at one of my condos. When I called I was politely greeted and Angela begun to address my issues right away. She then had Scott call to walk me through what he was doing. The ground fault issue was repaired that same day and the condo hasn't had any issues since.

  Four alarm is a terrible company. Their manager is very rude and yells at customers. They sent someone out without informing when he would be coming. He ended up tagging the wrong extinguisher. I would stay away from this company they are terrible with customer service.
