  I went today for a microdermabrasion, WOW! From the moment i walked in the door and greeted it was amazing, i didn't get her name but she was cheerful, offered me a chair and was caring! Then my experience in the spa was great, i wasn't skin shamed (haha) and given so much knowledge. I will definitely be back with that kind of service!

  Everyone is very friendly. Came here for consulting and they were being true. No sugar coated whatsoever. They fixed my "i-tried-to-cut-my-bangs" bangs. They also fixed my hair dye. The colour turned out so well more than I wanted.

  This is Iris So, a recent graduate of Delmar hair college. I would like to thank my instructors for the wonderful time I had at Delmar. I truly learned a lot both in theories and practicals. Within 4 months of graduation, I passed all four government exams. This cant happen without Delmar's positive impact on me! Tara, the director at Delmar helped me multiple times, even after school hours. Staff are very friendly, patient with students and knowledgeable.   I came in on Saturday February 3rd. I brought my wife in for a cut. Im in the beauty industry (not in hair but cosmetics) so I understand the importance of customer service. My wife was extremely nervous. From the moment she sat in the chair, to the moment I picked her up, she was smiling. She could not stop talking about the gentlemen instructor who reassured her that she was in good hands. He was always around, always watching and directing the student with her hair. The student was amazing as well. She followed direction very well. To this young teacher, Andrew, I would like to thank you for making me believe there is genuine customer service out there in our industry. Our whole family will be back!
