  Rude people. Waited to be called for when they arrived because I hadn't been given an ETA and it's -30 out. When they got here they phoned me very annoyed and told me to get outside. The cab was for a friend so hopefully they had a better experience. Not a pleasant way to start my morning.

  Took two separate associated cabs today. The drivers were both incredibly friendly, sociable, and accommodating. The person taking the calls was funny and friendly. The cabs came very quickly and took fast routes. I honestly won't call another cab company ever.

  If I could give this company 0 I would. I have used this company for 20 years but never again. My last trip the cab never showed up and after calling 3 times I found out the booking was never entered correctly. The call staff is rude and ignorant. I tried to give them one more chance by asking what guarantee I had the cab would arrive and I would not miss my flight. The dispatcher accused me of saying she would mess up the trip and I should talk to the supervisor between 9 and 5. Must be nice to work lawyer hours. Then she hung up on me. I simply wanted to know what happened but it seems this company does not care and their staff need an attitude adjustment. I hope they lose the contract at the airport, and that is my next place to elevate this issue.

  Have been waiting at the airport now for an hour for a taxi for my family of five. The keep sending up wheelchair vans with seating for four. Sucks after an overnight flight with kids. And we are not the only ones. And we called and checked beforehand and were assured there would be no problems.

  I've always had great service from Associated. The dispatchers are friendly and professional. The drivers are polite, knowledgeable and the vehicles are always clean and fresh smelling. Both dried versions today helped me with my packages and always wait until I'm in the front door of my house before driving off.
