  I am very pleased with the customer service and workmanship of the technician who discovered and dealt with the issues I recently had with my hot water tank and the subsequent installation of a new one.   My rating for Reliance would have been 5 stars had it not been for the run around I got on the phone with being transferred to four company departments before speaking to someone who knew anything about the booking for installation. I am hopeful that these communication issues can be dealt with as the company grows in Western Canada.

  We had Nest thermostat installed by Darren. He called ahead and was punctual. He was very efficient and finished the installation very quickly. He was very professional and patiently explained the installation process as well as proper furnace maintenance and product use. He also mentioned that the fan will run continuously to adjust the humidity in the home which would have caused frustration (and seems to be an issue with Nest users) if he did not mention this otherwise. I would highly recommend others to hire a professional expert such as Darren for his many years of experience and for assurance that the job is done correctly. It is refreshing to see such a courteous and knowledgeable individual representing a well established company such as Reliance Home Comfort. We will definitely consider this company for installation of other products in the future.

  My fiancé and I just bought a house and had our outdated furnace replaced along with a few registers for our basement. Brad made our experience as new home owners as easy and comfortable as possible. He was extremely courteous, informative and professional. He walked us through all our options and thoroughly explained every procedure and process. We loved the fact that he consistently kept us updated. We are so pleased with Reliance’s service and Brad’s work. Thank you so much! Will happily recommend again and again!

  We had Darren come to our house yesterday to fix our furnace. After reading all the reviews prior to him coming over I had hoped he would be the one to come over. All reviews were dead on about Darren. He is very professional, polite and it took less than an hour to fix the furnace and do the paperwork. I would highly recommend Reliance if all their workers are like Darren. If not I would suggest cloning that man :)

  Darren was great he set up the smart thermostat and humidifier to go with our new system. He also gave me his number and told me not to hesitate to call if I have any question. Great customer service. So happy we went with their services.
