  My hot water tank blew out the bottom on Saturday. I didn't want to pay emergency pricing so I waited to call on Monday. I researched lots of places over the weekend and decided on them. They came out on Wednesday and our installer Jake was friendly. He provided fast efficient service. Pricing is great and the warranty provided is awesome. I really appreciate being able to go and have a shower now. Highly recommend Pete the Plumber.

  Our situation is unique and I was told that I needed to speak to Pete himself. I left a message and he promptly returned my call. My daughter (single mom of 5) was diagnosed with colon cancer and is not working during treatment. Her water tank in her manufactured home went and with very limited funds a new tank seemed impossible at this time. Pete was fabulous and arranged for one of his technicians to come and have a look. Jake arrived on time and assessed the situation. When I asked him how much this would cost her, Jake advised me that Pete is donating this to her cause, no charge. He made an appointment to return and arrived exactly on time. Jake and Jay installed a new hot water tank, they were extremely professional and yet made us laugh, when we needed it most. We could not have possibly had better technicians arrive. I am overwhelmed with the compassion and service that we received from Pete, Jake and Jay. Thank you so much for helping us out. I would highly recommend Pete the Plumber to everyone.

  Wayne Rook and I have used Pete The Plumber for full plumbing replacement, earlier this year and were very pleased with the excellent job, done by Doug and his team.

  Recently we purchased new appliances which required gas hook-up for our range, swapping out dishwasher and fridge. Once again we requested Doug, who did an great job with difficult range fit.

  I discovered a leak coming from my second floor bathroom and draining through the ceiling in my kitchen. I felt bad for having to call the emergency line at this time of year but was concerned the pipe may burst and then I would have bigger issues to deal with. Jake answered the emergency line right away and was at my home within an hour and a half. He was absolutely amazing and very friendly. He found the leak right away and began to get to work on it. He was in an out within an hour and a half and he left the area spotless. Even thou I was charged the emergency rate it was very reasonable considering it was a couple days before Christmas. I would highly recommend Pete The Plumber for any of your plumbing requirements. Top notch company who employ top notch professionals.

  We moved into our home and discovered some issues with diverters in our tub, some low flow issues with our faucets. We took some photos and headed down to Pete The Plumber. We were greeted right away, and showed the sales person our photos, and explained our problems. The only thing we had to do was email them the photos and they did the rest. We were notified when the replacement parts were in and delighted to find out they were all covered under warranty. We booked an appointment and Zach one of their repairmen arrived on time. Zach was super friendly and repaired the tub faucets. He then checked all the others. Our kitchen sick had a drip, he took photos and will come back when those parts are in. Great job, great prices, great service. As a front line employee Zach certainly set the bar high. So glad we made the trip in. All the staff made this so easy.
