  I noticed some damage to a baseboard, caused from a leaky vanity. Bill and Bud came over within a couple of hours of placing the call. They had the problem diagnosed within minutes, carefully detailing to me the problem. They corrected it and showed to me everything was back to normal. They have earned my trust and future business.   I can't say enough about Bill and Official Plumbing and Heating. After our hot water heater broke down a few months ago, I called Bill on the recommendation of a friend. It was a long weekend so I wasn't expecting miracles but Bill came over on the holiday Monday and installed our new hot water heater. There was no surcharge for the holiday and he took time to explain everything. Recently we decided to replace our poorly functioning water softener with a new one. Again, Bill was quick to respond and within a few days we had a new water softener installed, which we are very happy with. Bill values customer service above all (something that is becoming more and more rare) and it shows in the way he connects with his customers.

  We made an urgent call to Bill at Official Plumbing & Heating for some plumbing issues in the bathroom. Bill responded instantly and sent Bud to have it fixed within the same day. We are very satisfied with the services and price is very affordable. We will definitely use this company again.
