  Our hot water tank stopped working on a Friday afternoon, after searching online for reputable companies to call, my first call was to Knight. They let me know they could come by on Monday (I am too cheap to pay the extra evening/weekend fee!!). Other places either gave me a date of Wed, or didn't have as high a rating on Google, which I checked each place I called. So I called Knight back and scheduled someone to come on Monday. They came within the timeframe they gave me which was really great. Dan came to the door, was super friendly and personable right off the bat. He took a look at the problem and confirmed...yup, it isn't working...after a short visit he concluded he would need to order the part, and is hoping to have it arrive by Wednesday. The next day I received a call telling me the part was already in and we scheduled a time on Wed to have it repaired. It was really awesome that they fixed it so quickly!!! Dan was really great to work with, explained what was happening, and was very trustworthy - sadly that seems to be a rarity these days. At no time did he try to sell me more than what I required, which was also refreshing. I definitely will use Knight going forward, and highly recommend them - give them a call you won't regret it!! Thanks Dan and Knight....you all are fantastic!!

  I Can't say enough about the Service received by Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning this week! Our Hot water tank decided to act up, and as we have a special needs daughter we needed to make sure it worked.. I contacted our Landlord who said to call whoever could come out the quickest.. First call was to Knight after seeing their trucks around the city.. The gal who answered the phone was very understanding about our Landlord being in another Province, and arranged to contact them directly for permission to enter/payment. She called me back in short time, saying that even though they were busy they would get someone out that afternoon. To my surprise I got a call 2hrs later, from George who said he was well on the way and would be here soon. When George arrived, he went right to work diagnosing the Hot water tank and found that in no certain terms it was "pooched". He called our Landlord and let them know that it would be best to get a new Hot water tank installed.. Thinking it would be days before he would be back, he surprised everyone when he said he would be 'right back'.. 30 minutes later he pulled back up with a brand new hot water tank in his truck! I helped him carry it into the house and downstairs (and remove the old one) and he worked really hard to get the new one installed. In no time, he had it installed, tested, and the basement looking like no one had been in the house! We can't thank George enough for his hard work and the gal who answered the call for help! We will always recommend Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone and our landlord agrees!

  We had an emergency sewer backup issue and called Knight Plumbing, Heating and AC for help. From the moment I called in to request for a technician with Sherry to having Jay dispatched to our home, was great experience. Within 45 minutes of my call Jay came and assessed the situation and worked immediately to clear out the blockage and got us up and running again. He was very professional and always informed me of what work he was doing as per the agreed service when the assessment was initially done. Upon completion, Jay made sure to show me what he has done and we tested out all the water flow to make sure there were absolutely no more issues. I highly recommend Knight Plumbing to anyone who wants great service and honest work.

  Woke this morning to find the hot water heated packed it in. Colin from Night Plumbing was the service man tasked to do the job. I was pleased that he called before hand to let me know when he was expected to arrive. Once here he went through his check list to determine that the hot water heater did fail. After checking with the landlord on what needed to be done he set out to begin work on the change out. I found him to be very professional, very knowledgeable and possessed an refreshing and positive attitude with the task at hand. I would definitely recommend Knight Plumbing and Heating to anyone who is seeking to have any work done. Colin, you did your company proud.

  Outrageous price for service. They came out on New Year’s Eve. When we spoke on phone they said cost was 140.00. Now I understand it is after hours and special time. However once arrived, yes they were knowledgeable and efficient, but no one is worth 195/hourly rate on top of the 140.00 travel fee for 10 minutes of time! we were not told at any point until after he was done of the cost per hour, so our knowledge was that it would be 140.00. There are other companies I would try again over knight plumbing.
