  You should have honored what you have in your website and NOT call you4 custumers after an appoinyment is booked and price has been confirmed to let your customers know that the price is way to high of what your price says I your website and by telephone.

  Very friendly staff when your phone in for a service call. The service plumber that comes out is very knowledgeable friendly and goes beyond his duties helping clients.

  Found Bekmar to be very expensive, even after accounting for OT charges as the call was on a weekend. Was not expecting invoice to be what it was for one hour with OT (weekend), and no parts. Would recommend against using them without getting quotes and estimates prior to requesting dispatch.

  We had a last minute problem with our steam shower and Chris Baxter from Bekmar Plumbing and Heating provided the assessment and resolution of the problem on very short notice. Chris's approach and demeanor was very customer friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything along the way. Excellent job and happy customer.

  The receptionis just called me and let me know that their webite is not updated and that the actual price is 499.99 which is $200 more that what they have in their website. I asked them if they can honor the price they have published in their website and they said not.
